The photos of our home were amazing and really showcased the layout and appeal of our home. Her description of the home really helped sell the house and helped paint a picture that we had additional space in a walk-out basement which added 650 ft of living area. We met Christine Frith by chance when we were beginning our search. We drove by a house we thought looked interesting to get an idea of the area and Christine was there showing the house to another client. We spoke with her briefly to ask a couple questions and she gave us her card. We spoke to her later that day and we were so impressed with her that we did not look further for a broker. From the first moment we met Christine, she was so professional in sharing what needed to happen at each step of the process. She kept in constant contact with us. She provided tips and information on houses prior to us looking at them that helped shorten the search. In a crazy sellers market we felt so lucky to have Christine & Joe as our agents. In addition, being new to the area, at our request, she was able to provide recommendations to service providers that we needed. We could not be happier.
